'Heritage' produces a heavy crop in mid-July, then another crop in late August and September on new canes from the ground. It has sweet, dark red berries that you can eat fresh, can, freeze, or make some jams and jellies. Unlike most raspberry plants this one is self-supporting and also self pollinating.
